Grief and loss coaching, at your pace.
One-on-one on Zoom, from Maleny to anywhere in Australia.
I'm Sandie. I rebuilt my life after loss, and now I help others through theirs.
Losing someone, or part of the life you had, can make everything feel heavy. Coaching gives you a calm place to be heard, find your footing, and take one small step at a time.

I know, because I have been there. When I was 56, my husband died, and soon after I couldn't keep our family home.
You don't have to carry it alone.

Maybe someone you love has died. Maybe a relationship, a home, or the life you planned is gone.
Grief can make you feel alone, even in a crowd. I know that feeling well.
In coaching we go gently: breathing, grounding, talking it through, and finding small ways to feel steadier.

You can miss what you have lost, and still find hope again.
Is this you?
Has someone you love died, and life still feels heavy?
Have you lost a relationship, a home, or part of the life you had?
Do you feel alone, even with people around you?
How grief coaching works.
Coaching doesn't rush your grief. It helps you find your footing again.

We meet one-on-one on Zoom. Each session starts with a few minutes of breathing to help you settle.
We talk about what has happened and what feels hardest right now. Then we choose one gentle step for you to take before next time.

My role is to walk beside you with warmth, honesty and hope. You set the pace.
Through deep adversity, there is always hope.
I'd be honoured to walk beside you.
What helped me through my own grief.

Questions you might have.
Q:
Is grief coaching the same as counselling?
No. Coaching is gentle support to help you feel steadier and find your next step. I don't diagnose or treat. If you need clinical care, I can share a list of people who can help.
Q:
How much does coaching cost?
The first 20 minute call is free. If coaching feels right, I talk you through the options on the call, with no pressure.
Q:
What if I'm nervous to start?
Most people are. You don't need the right words. Just come as you are, and we'll go gently.
Q:
How do Zoom sessions work?
I'll send you a link. At the time we've booked, you click it from your phone, tablet or computer. Because it's all on Zoom, you can join from anywhere in Australia.
I've received your message and I'll get back to you soon. Sandie
Thank you.
