Life after losing your partner.
Gentle coaching for widows and widowers, on Zoom anywhere in Australia.
I'm Sandie. My husband died when I was 56. I know how hard the first steps are.
When your partner dies, you lose more than the person. You can lose your routines, your plans, and sometimes your home. Coaching gives you a calm place to be heard and find your feet again, one small step at a time.

We had been working towards buying property and building a community together. After he died, I couldn't keep our family home, and for a while I carried shame about that.
You don't have to work it all out alone.

Maybe the house feels too quiet. Maybe the people around you have gone back to their lives, and you are still finding yours.
I could be in a crowd and still feel so lonely. I know that feeling well.
In coaching we go gently: breathing, grounding, talking it through, and finding small ways to care for yourself again.

You can miss what you have lost without being consumed by it.
Is this you?
Has your husband, wife or partner died, and life feels upside down?
Are you facing big decisions on your own for the first time?
Do you feel lonely, even when people are around?
How coaching after loss works.
There's no timeline. We go at your pace.

We meet one-on-one on Zoom, from your own home. We start by breathing and settling.
Then we talk about what life looks like now, what you miss, and what you might want next. Each week you leave with one small, doable step.

I'll walk beside you with warmth, honesty and hope.

Questions you might have.
Q:
Is this the same as grief counselling?
No. Coaching is gentle support to help you feel steadier and find your next step. I don't diagnose or treat. If you need clinical care, I can share a list of people who can help.
Q:
Is it too soon to start?
There's no right time. Some people come in the first months, others years later. On the free call we can talk about what feels right for you.
Q:
Do you work with men too?
Yes. I coach both widows and widowers, at any age.
Q:
How do Zoom sessions work?
I'll send you a link. At the time we've booked, you click it from your phone, tablet or computer. Because it's all on Zoom, you can join from anywhere in Australia.
I've received your message and I'll get back to you soon. Sandie
Thank you.
