Starting over after 50.

Life coaching on Zoom for your 50s, 60s and beyond.

I'm Sandie. I'm 64, and I've had to begin again more than once.

Starting again later in life can feel daunting. Maybe you've been told, or told yourself, that you're too old. Coaching helps you get clear on what you want now, and take the first steps.

In 2018 I climbed the foothills of the Himalayas in Bhutan, after being told I was too old and not fit enough. Now I'm getting stronger for the Camino.

It's not too late to begin again.

Maybe a marriage has ended, or you've lost the person you planned to grow old with.

Maybe you've had to leave a home, or you're living on less than you expected. There was a time I couldn't afford the housing I wanted, so I started house-sitting. Now I love that life.

Coaching helps you find what still lights you up, and build from there.

At 64, I'm still saying yes to life.

How coaching works for starting over.

It isn't about becoming someone new. It's about finding yourself again.

We meet one-on-one on Zoom. We start by breathing and settling.

Then we look at where you are, what you want more of, and what's in the way. Each week you choose one simple step that fits your life.

You set the pace. I'll bring warmth, honesty and a little courage.

Small steps still count.

Your next chapter can still be a good one.

Q:
Am I too old to start again?

No. I was told I was too old to climb in the Himalayas, and I did it anyway. It's never too late to begin again.

Q:
Do I need to know what I want?

No. Many people come because they don't know. Working that out is part of coaching.

Q:
Do you work with men as well as women?

Yes, I coach both men and women.

Q:
How do Zoom sessions work?

I'll send you a link. At the time we've booked, you click it from your phone, tablet or computer. Because it's all on Zoom, you can join from anywhere in Australia.

I've received your message and I'll get back to you soon. Sandie

Thank you.

Ready to begin?

You don’t have to take the next step alone.

Reaching out is the first step.
